While our homes are built to a high standard, we recognize that service is occasionally needed. To meet that need, Conner Homes has a dedicated team of local Customer Care professionals who are prepared to help you make the most of your home. Our customer portal will allow you to easily request service from the team.
ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Your first year in your brand new home can bring a lot of changes, not the least of which are in the home itself. All of the systems in your home are carefully designed to work together to minimize the stress on your home, but often times over that first year some minor adjustments or aesthetic repairs will need to be made. The one year warranty element does just that. During your first year of occupancy our staff will be available to answer questions, review concerns or adjust certain components of your home, culminating at the end of your first year with a comprehensive appointment that will allow us to address any issues you have identified that are covered by the limited warranty.
TWO YEAR | SYSTEM WARRANTY
Our two year systems warranty can be best thought of as coverage on the “delivery systems” of your home. This element covers the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC supply systems within the walls of your home. It does not provide coverage for fixtures. This warranty is transferable within the term.
TEN YEAR | STRUCTURAL WARRANTY
Purchasing a new home is a big decision, and you want to know that the builder you select stands behind the quality of their construction for the long term. This is how Conner Homes makes that commitment. This warranty provides you with coverage for a specific range of technical support components such as foundations, floor, wall, and roof framing systems, warranting that they will perform as designed without structural defect during the 10-year term. This element is transferable within the term.
