The Conner Difference
Our mission is to create great communities and customer experiences.
Homebuyers who visit a Conner Homes community appreciate that we are one of the last remaining local homebuilders in Seattle. When touring our model homes, they often comment on the quality differences they see in comparison to many other builders. We enjoy hearing this feedback because we carefully select local suppliers, utilize better materials, and constantly focus on meeting our strict construction standards.
Detailed Preparation
- We build to meet the local Seattle area lifestyle and climate, carefully selecting the right land, floorplans, and materials to maximize value for homebuyers.
- Our front porches have integrated foundations to prevent separation and settling.
- Crawlspaces have added drainage measures to keep water out during the rainy season.
- Attic and crawl space insulation exceed the required building code.
- Welded corner flashings create a more waterproof assembly where the roof and siding meet.

Thoughtful Extra Details
- We always include oversized and extra windows to maximize natural light. When you visit our model homes, you’ll immediately see the difference our windows make.
- Fenced backyards are included per plan.
- Wood backing on the living area TV wall enhances secure mounting. Wood backing is also included where towel rods, railings, and toilet tissue dispensers are fastened to walls.
- Conduit sleeves are included under the driveway for future irrigation or low voltage lighting.
- For warranty services, we are proud of our local Customer Care team and never use out-of-state call centers. AtConner Homes, we respond quickly to inquiries and make local decisions without answering to an out-of-state corporate headquarters.

Quality Materials
- We double-wrap corners with moisture barrier material that creates a more water resistant barrier behind the siding. The wrap is carefully inspected before siding is installed.
- Our siding is fire and insect resistant.
- We add extra insulation around furnaces that are near interior walls to reduce noise.
- Durable quartz countertops are included – no laminate or tiles!

Energy Efficient
- Low-E windows and slider doors.
- Roof and crawlspace ventilation exceeds code to provide better airflow, keeping excess heat out in the summer and moisture out in the winter.
- Energy Star appliances, hot water heaters, and furnaces per plan.
- Water-saving faucets, showerheads, and toilets.
